Terms And Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order you place with Grow Biz Locally ("we", "us") through growbizlocally.com, including a la carte orders from the checkout page and monthly retainers agreed on a partner call. We sell to agencies only. "You" means the agency placing the order.
2. Orders and payment
You place an order request on the checkout page. We then send you an invoice or bank transfer details. An order is confirmed, and work starts, once we have received payment and any information we need from you. Prices are shown in US dollars.
3. White label and confidentiality
Every deliverable carries your brand, not ours. We do not name partners or their clients publicly, and we never contact your clients. We will sign your NDA on request.
4. Delivery
Delivery times shown on our service pages are estimates. They run from the day we confirm payment and receive the details we need to start. Deliverables are handed over as files, reports and logins, or inside your client's accounts.
5. Your assets
Logins, documents, reports, content files, citation records and stacking properties that we build for you are handed over on request. Retainer clients receive everything within 5 business days of asking, whether they are leaving or not.
6. Retainers
Our monthly retainer is month to month. There is no contract, no setup fee and no cancellation fee. If we do not deliver the full monthly scope for a location, that location's invoice for the month is voided.
7. No guaranteed rankings
We do not guarantee rankings, map pack positions or lead volumes. Search results depend on many factors outside our control. We report on movement transparently instead.
8. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the business information you give us is accurate, and that you have the authority to give us access to your client's accounts and websites.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update. If something is wrong with an order, or you have a question about these terms, message us on WhatsApp (+880 1821-422338) and we will work it out with you.
